Having fully transferred its brokerage capabilities to member companies, Khai Hoan Land Group is now focusing all its resources on its core strategy: affirming its position as a professional Investor – Real Estate Project Developer.

Ms. Dinh Nhat Hanh – Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Group – shared insights into Khai Hoan Land’s ambitious plans for its new journey.

Now that 2025 has come to an end, could you share some of Khai Hoan Land’s most outstanding achievements over the past year?

Ms. Dinh Nhat Hanh: 2025 was identified as a pivotal milestone in the Group’s strategy for a strong transformation over the next five years. In the first 9 months of 2025, the Group recorded revenue and profit after tax growth of 95% and 23% respectively compared to the same period last year; notably, the third quarter alone saw a sharp surge in revenue, exceeding the target set for the whole of 2025. This result is the combined outcome of many resources, among which the most important was a flexible strategy and agile thinking that enabled the Group to capture trends and maximize its advantages.

In terms of corporate operations, in 2025 Khai Hoan Land was honored with many prestigious awards, such as Best Real Estate Developer in Southern Vietnam 2025, Top Reputable Real Estate Brand 2025, Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025, and Breakthrough Real Estate Developer in Southeast Asia at the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2025… clearly reflecting the reputation, capability, and brand value that the Group has strived to build and develop over the years.

For the investment and project development segment, Khai Hoan Prime continued to leave a strong mark on the market with its absorption rate rising sharply through each launch phase. In parallel with construction progress being accelerated day by day, the project officially began signing sale and purchase agreements in December 2025.

At the same time, during this year, we also expanded our land bank in strategic locations and strengthened our resources to prepare for the upcoming plans.

In particular, 2025 was also an important milestone as Khai Hoan Land completed its goal of transferring brokerage capabilities to its two member companies, Khai Minh Land and Solution, thereby concentrating its core strengths on the role of Investor – Real Estate Project Developer and gradually reinforcing the Group’s position in a market that presents ever-growing opportunities but also increasingly fierce competition.

For Khai Hoan Land, the impressive growth achieved over the past year not only reaffirms its solid business capability and sound development strategy, but also clearly reflects the trust and strong support from shareholders, customers, and partners.

So, from this point onward, will Khai Hoan Land Group officially focus on its role as Investor – Real Estate Project Developer and completely transfer the brokerage agency role to its member companies?

Ms. Dinh Nhat Hanh: Becoming an Investor – Project Developer has been a major goal that Khai Hoan has pursued since its early days of establishment. Every strategy the Group has implemented over the years has been aimed at gradually strengthening and refining its investment and project development capabilities in a more methodical and specialized manner.

As for simultaneously operating the project brokerage business and serving as a strategic agency for major real estate brands in the market in the past, that was an opportunity for Khai Hoan Land to further accumulate hands-on experience while also building and expanding its network of investment and project development partners.

Recognizing market development trends, understanding the capabilities of each member company, and moving toward the Group’s greater objective, this transfer process was an inevitable step. From this point onward, Khai Hoan Land is positioned as a professional Investor – Real Estate Project Developer, focusing on land bank development and transforming this advantage into quality, high-potential projects. With the philosophy of “Excellence in Every Home,” the Group will continue to invest in and meticulously refine every product so that each development is not merely a place to live, but a curated lifestyle experience that embraces modern trends and nurtures a civilized community – a place where every homeowner can find pride and long-term connection.

Meanwhile, Khai Minh Land and Solution will play the role of two powerful brokerage arms. This clear separation enables the Group to transform more strongly and optimize business efficiency across the entire system.

Regarding land bank expansion, could you share more about the land bank and the projects Khai Hoan Land is investing in and developing?

Ms. Dinh Nhat Hanh: As a listed company (KHG: HOSE), we are not only committed to transparency in every implementation plan, but also committed to optimizing benefits for all shareholders — ensuring that every step of growth is secure and sustainable, and that every project launched delivers real value to the market, the community, and Khai Hoan Land’s shareholders.

Accordingly, over the years, we have proactively accumulated strategic land banks across many provinces and cities, mainly in Southern Vietnam such as Ho Chi Minh City, former Binh Duong (now part of Ho Chi Minh City), Ba Ria – Vung Tau (now part of Ho Chi Minh City), former Long An (now part of Tay Ninh), Vinh Long, and Phan Thiet (now part of Lam Dong), among others. These are localities that offer many favorable conditions in terms of infrastructure connectivity and long-term growth potential.

More than simply owning a large land bank, our aspiration is to create quality projects and benchmark urban areas – places that pioneer elevated living standards with strong growth value over time. What these projects share in common is that they are all delivered to premium, luxurious standards as multi-functional urban areas with diverse amenities, differentiated experiences, modern infrastructure, and sustainability that meet real market demand.

A prime example is Khai Hoan Prime with 1,296 apartments delivered to premium standards, where even the smallest details are carefully crafted with the desire to create a complete, refined, and inspiring living environment.

Currently, the project is under construction up to the 12th floor, progressing rapidly at a pace of 8–10 days per floor, implemented simultaneously and steadily across all three towers. In terms of legal status, the project has fulfilled its tax obligations and officially began signing sale and purchase agreements in December. We are committed to delivering on schedule and ensuring every customer is fully satisfied after placing their trust in the project.

So in the near term, does Khai Hoan Land Group plan to launch any additional projects?

Ms. Dinh Nhat Hanh: Certainly. Over the next three years, Khai Hoan Land will introduce to the market approximately 20,000 products across key segments such as apartments, villas, shophouses, and more. Among them, the two projects we plan to launch in Q2/2026 — Khai Hoan Imperial and Khai Hoan Grande — will be located in strategic areas of Ho Chi Minh City, with around 4,000 products delivered to premium, luxurious standards. Notably, all penthouses will feature private swimming pools.

In addition to the legal procedures currently being expedited, Khai Hoan Land’s new project is also in the process of constructing a show unit and a Sales Gallery of nearly 2,000m2, carried out by a globally renowned contractor, promising to create strong market appeal upon its official launch.

Following the merger, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Ba Ria – Vung Tau have formed a “mega city” of more than 14 million people, bringing together simultaneous advantages in modern transport infrastructure, synchronized planning, and acting as a “magnet” for FDI inflows, ensuring sustainable growth potential. Focusing on launching two projects in this area aligns with both development orientation and actual market demand, while also strengthening Khai Hoan Land’s position as a strategic Investor – Real Estate Project Developer in the region.

At present, the procedures and launch preparations for the two new projects are being actively accelerated. After a period of thorough preparation, simultaneously bringing to market two highly promising new projects is how we affirm our investment and project development capabilities, and also a sincere response to the trust and recognition from a wide range of customers over time.

With such a long journey of land bank accumulation and internal capability building, how do you evaluate this preparation phase, and what is the key factor for strong acceleration in the next stage?

Ms. Dinh Nhat Hanh: In reality, what Khai Hoan Land is currently implementing and preparing to launch to the market is the result of a long-term preparation process and continuous development.

We understand that in order to break through at critical moments, a business cannot rely only on short-term preparation; it must build its foundation early and maintain it consistently. Especially in recent years, the real estate market has been going through a strong period of screening. Businesses that want to remain resilient must have a long-term, sustainable strategy rather than develop in a scattered manner or chase short-term gains.

In addition, the country is currently accelerating restructuring efforts and optimizing development resources in each region. This opens up a significant turning point with substantial room for a new growth cycle. Ms. Dinh Nhat Hanh: It can be said that Khai Hoan Land is building a closed real estate ecosystem without being closed off. We always maintain an open spirit and a win–win cooperative approach with external distribution agencies. This is how Khai Hoan Land’s projects can reach customers in diverse ways with broad market coverage.

We clearly understand the role and expectations of agencies when they collaborate to distribute projects. Therefore, Khai Hoan Land commits that the benefits allocated to Khai Minh Land, Solution, and the network of partner agencies will be equivalent.

The allocation of product inventory, commission-sharing levels, sales incentives, payment timelines, project training, information sharing, and communication support will all be clearly and publicly disclosed by Khai Hoan Land, and uniformly applied to all participating agencies. Khai Minh Land and Solution will not enjoy any special privileges and must comply with the same regulations as all other agencies.
